Being the occasional perfectionist I am, I couldn’t stand using someone else’s theme for my blog. So, I took it upon myself to create a theme with my own designs. In the end, I came up with something which I could tweak once in a while without redoing the entire site. I’m not usually a designer, as programming is mostly my forte, but I really like the way it turned out.
The beauty of this design is that it’s so neutral that I can tweak colors and little bits here and there, and not have to worry about breaking the aesthetics. Basically, I look at it like it’s the programmer’s theme, in the sense that I’ve factored the design out into smaller details that I could quickly alter without breaking everything, much like functions in C and methods in Cocoa. Hoorah for concrete examples of abstract analogies!

Steven,
I love the new design. A bit dark for me personally but I think you did good. It looks good, is easy to read and not a ton of flashy colors to distract your attention.
Now that this is done go back to the videos haha
